Conditions of payment & cancellation for the Grand Prix 2010
25% of the sum, due for the total reservation, has to be paid upon reservation and is non-refundable
50% of the sum, due for the total reservation, has to be paid one month before arrival. The hotel will ask your OK before withdrawing from your credit card. You can also pay by bank transfer.
Of this payment, 50% is refundable, if the reservation is cancelled more than 14 days before arrival; after this date it is non-refundable.
25% can be paid upon departure.
If the reservation is cancelled 3 days or less before arrival, or if you do not show up, this amount will be due as cancellation costs and will be withdrawn from the credit card of which details were given to guarantee the reservation. |
