Up to 3 days (72 hours) before the date of arrival, alterations or cancellation of your reservation are free of charge. 
After that date you will have to pay the full amount due for the reservation.

The hotel will be entitled to withdraw the amount due from the credit card
of which the details have been communicated to guarantee the reservation.
By communication of your credit card details you agree to these rules.

For reservations of over 500 euro and during events and holidays, the hotel may ask for a prepayment to guarantee the reservation (25-50%).
If applicable, the hotel will contact you direct upon reservation to discuss the method of payment.
